Albert Einstein once stated, "You must believe that nothing is a miracle or that everything is a miracle! I believe the later" . I agree whole heartedly with Einstein and feel compelled to express this miraculous world through my art. For me, art is a celebration of life....life's joys and wonders as well as its sorrows and despairs. Painting has become my chosen means of expressing our common interests. With this artistic choice, a life long journey is in progress that is aimed toward achieving not only excellence in art, but art that fully communicates our need to be concerned for others and our environment. The use of rich, painterly brushwork; abstract forms; interesting texture; and dazzling light and color.....all these are areas of deep interest in my explorations. How fortunate that art is able to express the common concerns of our human experience! How fortunate that I am able to create art in this miraculous world!
